De stichting Streetwise is vanaf 1 maart 2016 actief bezig met het zoeken van een nieuwe invulling voor leegstaande winkelpanden in de kern Bocholtz. Op dit moment is er overleg over drie panden.

Ook met twee bestaande ondernemers is contact over begeleiding in de bedrijfsvoering.

Er is behoefte aan meer samenwerking en een krachtiger ondernemerscollectief in Bocholtz-centrum. Er zal een werkgroep samengesteld worden van actieve ondernemers om bewustwording op gang te brengen over onder meer de thema’s: nieuw ondernemerschap, reuring en profilering.
